Collection Event of 70th Anniversary of UIBE International Education
自1954年至今，对外经济贸易大学来华留学教育事业已走过七十载春秋，见证了无数来自世界各地的青年才俊在这里汲取知识的养分，拓展视野的边界。为客观全面展现学校来华留学教育70年奋斗历程和教育教学成果，现推出两项征集活动：“来华七秩”——贸大来华留学教育70周年徽标及漫画插画征集和“贸大·遇见你”——来华留学生自媒体作品征集，请全校师生、校友及社会各界人士踊跃参与，共同绘制出一个多元、包容、充满活力的贸大形象，以笔为桥，以艺术为媒，让记忆与创意交织，讲述属于每个人的贸大故事。
The University of International Business and Economics has consistently been a leader in providing education to international students in Chinasince 1954 and now is going to proudly celebrating seventy years of progressand commitment. Over these decades, the university has served as a destination for numerous talented individuals worldwide, fostering knowledge and broadening horizons. To present an objective and comprehensive overview of the institution’s 70-year journey and achievements in international education, we are launching two collection activities:'Seventy Yearsof International Endeavour '– Logo and Comic Illustration Collection for the 70th Anniversary of International Education and'UIBE·With U, I Be'–Works of Vlog Collection from International Students.
We extend a heartfelt invitation to faculty, students, alumni, and individuals from all walks of life to actively participate, collectively contributing to paint a diverse, inclusive, and vibrant image of UIBE. Let's utilize our pens as bridges and art as the medium, intertwining memories and creativity to narrate the distinctive‘Studying at UIBE’ stories that uniquely belong to each one of us.

“来华七秩”——贸大来华留学教育70周年徽标及漫画插画作品征集
◆征集范围：
我校来华留学教育70周年活动徽标、漫画插画
◆设计要求：
充分体现我校来华留学教育的办学特色，主题鲜明，简洁易懂，富有美感和创造性，易于识别，适于做各种延伸设计和推广。
◆投稿要求：
徽标设计方案请提供A4规格的电子版（设计源文件、矢量图，TIF或PSD格式；同时提供JPG格式，不小于3M），并附有设计理念等说明（300字以内）。漫画插画作品风格不限，漫画、插画或其它画种均可参加，作品须为原创；作品为JPG格式，分辨率为300dpi，不低于2M（最长边不小于3000像素），不超过10M；作品单幅、组幅不限，每幅作品须配标题和简短文字说明。
'Seventy Yearsof International Endeavour'– Logo and Comic Illustration Collection for the 70th Anniversary of UIBE International Education
◆Scope of Collection:
Logos and comic illustration designed for UIBE’s70th anniversary of international education.
◆Design Requirements:
Designs should fully capture the unique characteristics of UIBE's international education. Themes should be clear, concise, aesthetically pleasing, and creative. They should be easily recognizable and suitable for various extensions and promotions.
◆Submission Requirements:
Forlogodesigns, please provide an electronic version in A4 size (design source file, vector image, TIF or PSD format; also provide a JPG format, no less than 3MB), along with a description of the design concept (within 300 words).Comic illustrationsubmissions are open in style; comics, illustrations, or other types of drawings are all welcome. Submissions must be original and in JPG format with a resolution of 300dpi, no less than 2MB (longest side not less than 3000 pixels), and not exceeding 10MB. There is no limit to the number of single or group pieces submitted, but each piece must include a title and a brief description.

“贸大·遇见你”——来华留学生自媒体作品征集
◆征集范围：
照片、短视频，可以是来华留学生或校友拍摄的作品，也可以是以来华留学生或校友为主人公拍摄的作品。
◆投稿要求：
摄影作品长边应不低于3000像素，JPG格式大小应不小于3M，作品不应无摄影元素、纯粹用电脑合成、拼贴而成，作品不得带有角标、台标、水印或logo，作品须配标题、文字说明，交代清楚作品拍摄的具体时间、地点、人物故事等要素，须为真实拍摄，不得对作品进行像素的删除或增添修改;不得进行盗版，利用他人作品进行二次创作;对于图片而言，不得进行拼接等改变原始影像的技术加工，对色阶、色彩反差、饱和度、灰度等的调节应控制在不影响作品真实性的范围内。短视频作品形式体裁不限，时长不超过5分钟，MOV或MP4格式，清晰度为1080P(1920×1080分辨率），大小不超过1GB，不添加任何水印标记等，投稿作品应附标题及视频描述。
'UIBE·With U, I Be'–Works of VlogCollection from International Students
◆Scope of Collection:
Photos and short videos either taken by international students or alumni, or featuring them as the main subjects.
◆Submission Requirments:
For photography,the long edge should be no less than 3000 pixels, and the JPG file size of no less than 3MB. The work should not be purely computer-generated or collaged without photographic elements. Avoid including corner marks, station IDs, watermarks, or logos. Each submission must have a title and a description detailing the specific time, location, and story behind the photo. The photo must be authentically shot, with no pixel deletion or addition. Plagiarism or secondary creation using others' works is allowed. For images, no splicing or other technical processing that alters the original image is not allowed. Adjustments to tonal range, color contrast, saturation, and grayscale should be kept to a level that does not affect the authenticity of the work.For short videos,there are no restrictions on style or genre, but the duration should not exceed 5 minutes. They should be in MOV or MP4 format, with a clarity of 1080P (1920×1080 resolution), and the size should not exceed 1GB. Avoid adding watermarks or other marks. Video submissions should include a title and description.

全体在校师生员工、在校工作学习过的校友、社会各界人士。
Target Participants
All current faculty, staff, students, alumni who have studied or worked at UIBE, and individuals from all walks of life.
奖项设置
1.主办方将对个人组参与者和机构组参与者投稿进行分开评选。
2.每个组别中，来华留学教育70周年徽标、漫画插画、照片及短视频作品，将分设一等奖、二等奖和三等奖。
3.获奖作品将被汇编成“来华七秩行不怠，砥砺奋发攀高峰”优秀作品集，并择优在海内外社交媒体等平台传播推广。
Prize Arrangement
1.The organizing committee will conduct separate evaluations for submissions from individual participants and institutional participants.
2.Within each group–logos, comic illustrations, photographs, and short video works–prizes for the 70th anniversary of international education will be awarded in the categories of first, second, and third prizes.
3.The winning works will be curated into an "Excellent Works Collection" with the theme'Seventy Years of International Endeavour, Striving for New Heights'.These outstanding works will be strategically promoted on domestic and international social media platforms and other channels.
注意事项
1.应征作品可以是个人或集体身份投稿；同一作者同一赛道最多可提交3幅作品。
2.应征作品须为原创设计，且未以任何形式公开发表过。如涉及抄袭、侵权等行为，一切责任均由作者本人承担。应征作品无论入选与否均不予退还，请作者自留底稿。
3.应征作品以电子邮件的形式发送（压缩包附件发送）至uibe_70th@163.com，邮件标题中请注明“来华七秩+徽标（或漫画插画）+作者姓名”或“贸大·遇见你+照片（或短视频）+作者姓名”字样。邮件正文中请务必注明作者姓名、单位、手机联系方式、微信联系方式，并附《对外经济贸易大学来华留学七十周年征集活动报名表》。如设计方案有修改，请注明替换内容。
4.提交截止时间：2024年3月10日，请在截止日期前提交作品。
5.作品最终解释权归对外经济贸易大学所有。
Key Points to Note
1.Submissions can be made individually or as a group; each person (or group) is allowed to submit a maximum of 3 worksin eachactivity.
2.All submissions must be original and not previously published in any form. The responsibility for any plagiarism or copyright infringement lies solely with the submitter. Submitted works will not be returned regardless of selection status, so please keep a copy for yourself.
3.Submissions should be sent via email (as compressed file attachments) to uibe_70th@163.com. The email subject should include "Seventy Years in China + Logo (or comic illustration) + Author's Name" or "UIBE Meets You + Photo (or Short Video) + Author's Name." Please provide the author's name, affiliation, mobile number, WeChat contact, and attach the "Registration Form for the University of International Business and Economics 70th Anniversary of International Education Collection Activity." If there are any modifications to the design scheme, please specify the changes.
4.Submission Deadline:March 10, 2024.Please ensure your work is submitted by this date.
5.The University of International Business and Economics reserves the final interpretation rights of the submissions.
